E=MC2 Public Relations appoints new press and PR officer

E=MC2 Public Relations has strengthened its core business team by appointing journalist Alison Butts as press and PR officer.

Alison, 24, joins the company from the Western Gazette newspaper where she was a reporter and brings considerable experience of local and regional journalism to her new role.

Based at the company’s head office in Tisbury, Alison will assist E=MC2’s busy PR team with managing its high profile national and regional accounts with clients in the construction, property foodservice, defence, education, healthcare and events sectors. She will be responsible for a variety of activities including campaign and project management, media relations and developing the business profiles of the company’s clients with key buyers and influencing groups.

Liz Coyle-Camp, managing director of E=MC2, says: “Alison’s journalistic experience will be an excellent asset to our business and complement the extensive skills of our existing team very well. We are delighted to have her on board.”
